At TrainFit Exeter we run 35 WODs (Thats how you say classes in CrossFit language) every week!

Our WODs vary daily and consist of a varied CrossFit program.

Across a month, we try to hit the 3 main CrossFit modalities as evenly as possible!

All of our workouts are inclusive for EVERYONE!

CrossFit has a thing called 'scaled'! This enables EVERYONE to do the same workout but some take it lighter than others, some less rounds, some less reps!

Our coaches motivate you, and push you, but we never break you!

24 Hour Open Gym

Exeters only 24 hour CrossFit box!

YES.. thats correct, you have access to TrainFit, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year!

(Well unless we have another lockdown... then you probably wont!!)

Open Gym...

What is it?

Our Open Gym area is a totally separate area from our class gym!

You can use it whenever you want!

Ofcourse, if there are no classes on, you can use all of the class gym to workout!

This includes use of the rig with wall balls and climbing ropes etc!

I absolutely LOVE trainfit gym! The classes are always challenging and different and the mix of different coaches keeps things dynamic and interesting. I like their focus of technique and how they build improvements into the class over a period of weeks, re-testing things like 1 RM (rep - max) and comparing the same workout you may have done the previous month to see you're improvement. The facilities are really good, there is a sauna and a leg massage boot and showers. The gym is open 24/7 and is always kept clean and tidy. In light of the recent pandemic they have been absolutely incredible!

I started TrainFit as a January starter in 2019. I had poor mobility and low confidence and following a car accident I couldn't lift my right arm higher than my shoulder. The PTs were amazing. They modified movements and encouraged me. They also taught me to have patience with myself. Meg @ injury fit worked magic on my shoulder and its now able to lift weight above my head.From training to recovery this gym has everything and I love it. I love the community this gym has and the support and well planned classes that have taught me and shown me what i can do with the correct guidance and support.
